Is dental care covered by basic insurance?
In Switzerland, basic insurance (LAMal) does not cover routine dental care, except in specific cases (accident, serious illness). Supplementary dental insurance may cover part of the costs. We provide a detailed quote.
Do you offer instalment payments?
Yes, for larger treatments, payment in instalments is possible on request.
What should I do in an emergency?
Call us: we keep emergency slots every day, including Saturday mornings. Outside opening hours, our answering machine gives the on-call number.
Do you treat anxious patients?
Absolutely. We take our time and offer conscious sedation for patients who wish.
